Well, if Marlowe himself used Christopherus then it's fine, but the default would be the more correct Christophorus. I can't find any Latin publications of Marlowe himself, but there is an 1867 thesis entitled De versv Marlovii, by Jakob Schipper whose Latin name is also unknown.
