Archibaldus MacLeish (7 Maii 1892—20 Aprilis 1982) fuit poeta, scriptor ludorum scaenicorum, et scriptor Americanus, et Bibliothecarius Congressionalis. Se cum schola modernismi poesis consociatus est. Praemia Pulitzerana pro suis operibus ter accepit. Periodicum American Libraries MacLeish appellavit "unum ex centum personis maximi momenti in re bibliothecaria per saeculum vicensimum in Civitatibus Foederatis."
